AAAI Tools is provided as a free utility service for short audio and video transcription, browser-only document tools, text utilities, and data workflows. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for content you are allowed to process.

Operator and contact

AAAI Tools is operated by the AAAI Tools team as an independent web utility site. Questions about these terms, support requests, privacy questions, and deletion questions can be sent to [email protected].

Permitted use

You may upload audio or video files to generate TXT and SRT transcription results for personal, educational, editorial, accessibility, or business productivity workflows.

You may also use browser-based utilities, such as CSV Cleaner and Pomodoro Timer, for everyday file cleanup, planning, study, writing, and productivity workflows. Browser-only tools should be used with content and task notes that you are comfortable processing on your own device.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to upload and process the media you submit. This includes respecting copyright, privacy, recording consent, workplace rules, school policies, and any applicable legal requirements.

You must not use the service to process unlawful, abusive, harmful, infringing, confidential, or highly sensitive content without proper authorization.

You are responsible for reviewing generated transcripts, checking subtitle timing, validating cleaned data, and deciding whether output is appropriate for your intended use.

Service limits

The service may enforce file size, media duration, queue, download, retention, and daily usage limits. Uploaded files and generated results are deleted after 6 hours. Jobs may be delayed or rejected when the queue is busy, the file is unsupported, or the service detects misuse.

Limits may change without notice to protect service reliability, reduce abuse, control infrastructure cost, or improve the experience for normal users.

Temporary storage and deletion

AAAI Tools is not a file storage, backup, or archive service. Server-side transcription uploads and generated transcript files are temporary. They are intended only to process the job and provide a short download window.

Current transcription uploads and generated results are deleted after 6 hours by scheduled cleanup. Browser-only tool data, such as Pomodoro tasks, is stored in your browser and can be removed by clearing local site data.

Transcript accuracy

Transcription is automated and may contain errors. Output can be affected by background noise, accents, overlapping speakers, music, technical vocabulary, or poor recording quality. Review transcripts before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.

Unsupported and prohibited activity

You may not use AAAI Tools to attack the service, bypass usage limits, overload the queue, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or process content that you are not permitted to handle.

You may not present automated output as a verified human transcript unless you have reviewed and corrected it. You may not rely on the service as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, academic, or safety-critical decisions.

Support process

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through [email protected]. When asking for help, include the page URL, selected options, file type, approximate file size, browser, and a concise description of the problem. Do not send private files or sensitive information unless specifically requested for troubleshooting.

Availability

The service is offered without a guaranteed uptime or processing time. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, protect infrastructure, or comply with applicable requirements.

Advertising

The site may display advertising through Google AdSense or similar advertising services. Advertising may use cookies or similar technologies according to the advertising provider's policies and user choices.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site, tools, infrastructure, or policies change. Continued use of AAAI Tools after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
